Established in 2020 by Dinu Mocan and Eugeniu Melinte, MVM Logistics was built from firsthand experience in the trucking industry. What began as a small self-dispatched operation steadily grew through trust, professionalism and strong relationships into a modern transportation company serving customers nationwide.

We move refrigerated, dry van, flatbed, and power-only freight nationwide. Our fleet handles food-grade reefer, general dry van, and project flatbed loads. If you have something specific, call us and we'll tell you straight if it's a fit.

Our strongest lanes are outbound from the Pacific Northwest — Washington and Oregon — into every major freight market in the country. We also run consistent return freight back to the PNW, which is how we keep utilization high and rates fair.

We're hiring CDL Class A OTR drivers based in the Pacific Northwest. Requirements: Class A CDL, 23+ years old, 2+ years verifiable experience, clean MVR, ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening, no SAP. Apply on our Careers page — it takes about three minutes.

Owner-operators earn 88% of load revenue with no forced dispatch. Truck and trailer must be less than 10 years old. We provide consistent loads, fuel discounts, tire and maintenance discounts, quick pay, and trailer rental if you need one. Many of our company drivers became owner-operators with us.

Company drivers earn $65,000–$120,000 a year based on experience and performance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, per diem, home time, unlimited referral bonuses, and safety bonuses. We also let you take your dog or cat on the road.

For brokers we already have set up: same-day in most cases on PNW outbound and return freight. For new shippers, we can typically have a carrier packet signed and trucks rolling within 24–48 hours. Call dispatch for time-critical loads.

We operate a fleet of 65+ trucks, primarily Volvo, serviced through TEC Equipment and tracked with Samsara telematics. Our owner-operator program requires trucks and trailers less than 10 years old to maintain the standard our brokers expect.
